Sendgrid Service Level Agreement

As part of these updates, we have not changed your ability to use our services. You can continue to access your customer account and use our services as always. We have special products and a specific agreement that includes the connection to emergency services. If you do not have this agreement with us, you cannot use our services to connect to emergency services (such as 911). If something serious happens because you or someone who uses our services under your Twilio account, try but are not able to access emergency services, then Twilio is not responsible and cannot be held responsible. We have updated our terms of use. These new conditions take effect now for the first customers on December 1, 2017 or after December 1, 2017. Existing customers will be subject to these new conditions from 1 December 2017, which will apply 30 days later (31 December 2017). These new conditions replace and replace the terms of use available here on July 7, 2016. It is assumed that you have accepted these modified conditions by continuing to use SendGrid`s services.

Without limitation of the above, the services are not available to persons under the age of 18 or do not meet any of the other qualifications set out in this agreement. What belongs to us is ours, and what belongs to you is yours. Please tell us what you think of Twilio and our services. In fact, if you send us comments, we can use it and we do not owe you any. If you use our services, we may use the name, logos and description of the use of our services on our website, in calls for profit and in marketing, advertising or other materials that are available to the public in accordance with your usage policies. (a) Twilio Services: To obtain a service credit for Twilio services, the customer must submit a request to Twilio via the Twilio customer service portal available at www.twilio.com/help/contact within thirty (30) days from the last day of the calendar month in which the Customer states that Twilio does not meet or exceed the monthly availability percentage. The availability of Twilio APIs for Twilio services is measured by a third-party provider of service and monitoring services (the «monitoring service») that issues monthly availability reports available at status.twilio.com. Twilio adjusts the monitoring service`s operating results as required to account for excluded monthly periods. All submissions must include: (i) «ALS claim» as the object of the ticket; (ii) dates and times of monthly time not available; and (iii) any documentation relating to the applicable failure. Each service credit will be applied to future amounts that the customer will have to pay to Twilio for Twilio services. No refund or current value is granted. All ALS claims are verified using the measurements taken by the monitoring service.
